On Sunday, 13 September, Aunty Mohana welcomed friends and guests to a joyful Moringalicious Lunch filled with good food, warm conversations and plenty of laughter.
The special menu showed just how easily moringa can be added to familiar meals and drinks. Guests enjoyed:
- Moringa Calamansi Cooler
- Roselle Pineapple Cooler with Moringa Ice Cubes
- Moringa Nasi Lemak
- Kangkung Stir-fry
- Moringa Hummus
- Moringa Coconut Ice Cream
- Watermelon Salad

Aunty Mohana shared her hope that more people will discover how enjoyable and versatile moringa can be. From planting it at home to adding it to everyday meals and drinks, moringa can become a simple part of daily life.
We were also honoured to hear thoughtful messages from Mansheel Kaur, lawyer and NGO activist, and Faisal Mansor of the Malaysian Vegetarian Society.
The afternoon ended with Aunty Mohana showing how easily moringa can be planted and grown, a reminder that the journey from tree to table can begin right at home.
Good food. Good people. Brighter tomorrows.
